Marissa Macias was awarded a Solo-Show in 2009 by Max Mara / Parsons The New School of Design as a “New Visions in Photography Artist.” Her work has been exhibited in New York City, London, and Los Angeles. Presently, she is co-producing a not-for profit photographic book with friend and Artist Summer Moore. Publication proceeds will benefit Indigenous communities working with The Rainforest Foundation US to conserve and protect their vital land.
